"Easy, Kid-Friendly Visit"
I went with my family and, it just felt like the right choice from the start. The staff were friendly, the kids felt comfortable, and no one made us feel weird when they asked a bunch of questions. Planning through the site was simple too, which made the whole thing way less stressful. Trust your instinct on this one — it’s a really nice family outing, and we’d definitely go again

"Pretty good value overall"
I thought it was a good deal for the price. The service was okay too, nothing amazing but it got the job done. Did anyone else feel like the service could’ve been a little better?

"Decent sound, but choose your seats carefully"
I went to a show here and had a nice time overall, but the sound wasn’t quite as good as I was expecting for the price. The music itself was great, but from where I was sitting the acoustics felt a little hit or miss, some parts came through really clear, while others sounded a bit muffled. Not a bad experience at all, just something to keep in mind. If you’re planning to go, I’d suggest asking around or checking reviews for the best seating spots before buying tickets

"Works okay, but takes a bit of effort"
The site mostly works fine and it’s easy to use overall, but I did feel like I had to put in more effort than I expected to get around. Nothing major, just a little annoying when you want things to be simple...

"Comfy seats, but the waiting got annoying"
I booked my seats through tso.ca, and the process was mostly fine, but I did get a bit frustrated with the waiting around before everything felt sorted. Once I was actually there, though, the seats were comfortable, not too cramped, and I had decent leg room for most of the show.
By the end of the concert my back was a little stiff, which I kind of expected after sitting that long. Still, the seats were way better than a lot of other venues I’ve been to, even if the waiting part tested my patience a bit.

"Really smooth night out"
I went to an event through tso.ca and the whole thing was super easy. The tickets came through without any issues, the details were clear, and getting inside was quick. The staff seemed organized and knew what they were doing, so there really wasn’t any stress, which I appreciated

"Pretty easy to get to"
I went to a concert here and, getting there by TTC was easy. Parking nearby seemed okay too, but yeah, it definitely wasn’t cheap. Leaving took a little while, which I kind of expected, but overall it was still better than I thought it would be for downtown. I’d go again.

"Box office got it sorted, just took a bit"
I had to reach out to the TSO box office to change my tickets, and they did end up helping me get everything sorted. So in the end, it was fine, you know?
It just took a little longer than I expected, and I felt like I had to explain the same thing more than once, which made me wonder if I was missing something. Once we got past that, the information they gave me was clear enough.
Overall, I wouldn’t say it was bad support, just not the smoothest experience. I’d probably use them again if I needed to, but I’d go in expecting to be a bit patient.

Tickets ended up being cheaper than I thought, maybe around 20 bucks less than I was expecting. It was also easy to find seats together for my family of 4, so overall it worked out well.

"Quick Help When You Need It"
I reached out to support and they got back to me quickly, which I really appreciated. They were helpful and made the whole thing easier. I think other customers would probably feel the same if they needed help in a pinch.

"Overall, the site was easy for me..."
Overall, the site was easy for me to read and move through with my screen reader. A few bits of seat info took extra clicks to find, which was a little annoying, who wants to dig around for that, right? But in general, it worked well and I didn’t have much trouble getting where I needed to go.

"Pretty solid options, honestly"
I was actually surprised by how many programs there were to choose from. I kind of jumped in thinking I’d pick one quickly, but then I kept changing my mind because there were a bunch of good options. The only downside was that some of the dates felt a little limited, which was a bit annoying in the moment. Overall though, it was still a good experience.
